Maximum Success is constantly interested in optimizing the inclusion of the latest technologies and media and is working on the implementation. We have decided on the following project points for the school year 21/22:

• Sole webmail account use, e-mails are only viewed via web mail.
• Creation of an MS-Teams account for employees for seamless work.
• The paperless office: the filing system is converted to digitization. Outgoing invoices and bank statements are printed out.
• Organizational structures for working with office365.
• Optimal use of digital tools in the practice firm.
• Map processes digitally.
• In planning: Digital Austria (mobile phone signature practice firm).
• Development of a smart management tool (smart practice firm).

Like other companies, Maximum Success has an impact on the ecological and social environment. Therefore, we try to counter problems such as global warming and environmental pollution through sustainable considerations:

• Minimize paper waste through digitization in the filing system and in the processes.
• Conscious separation of waste into organic waste, paper, plastic and residual waste.
• Transport mainly by local suppliers.
• Refillable office supplies such as highlighters & ballpoint pens.
• Sustainable seminar topics e.g.: "How to deal with conflicts".
